I hope all of you had a chance to enjoy the holidays and recharge your batteries for what will be an exciting, busy, and challenging 2020!

Your leadership ended 2019 by holding a strategic planning event to look at tweaking our MVPs (mission statement, vision, and priorities).

Our mission statement – develop exceptional Airmen ready to respond to every challenge, every time – and our vision – wing of choice … Airmen first, mission always – will both remain unchanged.  In order to accomplish our mission and meet our vision, we set three priorities for 2020.

First – strengthen mission ready Airmen (READINESS).

Second – prepare Airmen with relevant and innovative training (INNOVATION).

Third – leverage resources to maximize mission capabilities (CAPABILITY).

We will further develop these priorities throughout the year and incorporate them into our UTAs and annual tours.  Buckle up – 2020 will as busy as ever, but I know you are ready for the New Year and the new challenges it brings!  Remember to think priorities: “Readiness, Innovation, Capability”.
